Crystal Dawn Colvard, age 54, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2026 at her residence. Graveside service and interment will be Monday, May 4, 2026, 2 PM, at East Ashland Golden Oaks Memorial Gardens, Ashland, Kentucky.
