Terry Lee Wallace Sr. age 67 passed peacefully at home surrounded by family and friends on Sunday September 14, 2014 Terry was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio , born July 23, 1947, son of the late Charles and Dorothy (Cullen) Wallace. He was a member of the American Legion Post # 532 for 48 years, VFW post # 4044, Amvets Post # 1928, Naus, Moose Lodge #11 for 39 years and Loser Racing. Terry was the Christmas Seal Poster Child in 1953. He loved being with his friends, music , dancing, Ohio State Football, riding his Harley, his beloved 4 legged children. Terry loved Karate and enjoyed training others in his passion. He was a truck driver for over 25 years, member of Teamster Union Local # 413 and Local # 284. He retired in 1999 returned to work in 2011 at Port Columbus as a shuttle driver for Parking Solutions Inc., till his injury in December 2013. Terry went into the Navy in 1965. Also Preceded in death by Son: Terry "T.J" Wallace Jr., mother and father-in-law: Bill and Sue Higginbotham ,Sister-in-Law: Debbie Hawthorn, cousin: Timmy Cullen, many many others that were there to greet him. Survived by life time love, friend and wife of 46 years: Cathy,Loving daughter: Tracy Wolford, Son: Charles "Chuck", Daughter: Nancy Easterday, Grandchildren: Mark "Drew", Allison Wolford, Jesse Easterday, Great Grandsons: O'Ryan & Noah Easterday. Sibblings: Linda (Bill) McKendry, Charles "Bob" (Jeanne) Wallace of Roswell, Ga. Larry Leisure and Lisa Wallace. Brothers-in-Law & Sisters in Law: Doug Hawthorn, Vicki (Dave) Inks, Jill Hagar, Tammy "Tee Tee" (Glenn) Davis, Mike Higginbotham, Brenda (Larry) Lowry, Teri (Keith) Geoff, Host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews. Special Cousins: Bob (Sue) Cullen, Mike Cullen, Pam Hand and Angie Niner. Terry loved his friends to many to list them all. Special Friends: Jack Chapman, Tom Jenkins, Fred Maxwell, Jan (Hillybilly) Taylor, Larry Shaw, and Larry Taylor. Special neighbors: John and Glenia Koontz. Thanks for always being there Beth Morrow. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home 2693 West Broad St. Sunday 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M. where service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday. Pastor Tim Lee officiating. Interment at Sunset Cemetery.
