Born October 5, 1976 to Pete Jr. and Hester Booth ; 1995 Graduate Grove City High School. Preceded in death by : Father : Pete S. Booth Jr ( 2002) and grandparents Raymond and Wilma Conkel and Pete and Liddia Booth Sr. Survived by : Mother : Hester M. Booth -Conkel ; sons: Patrick (13) and Austen ( 9) ; siblings : Michael ( Nellie) Conkel , Greta (Garry ) Hall , James ( Bethany ) Booth , Harold ( Sandy) Booth , Gregory ( Mary ) Booth , and Jonathon ( Anna) Booth ; special aunt : Ives Orahood; best friends: Judy ( David) Brown and Roger Brown ; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, friends and other loved ones.
