Rondal Wallace

Rondal Eugene Wallace, age 85, a man whose life we would like to celebrate, passed away on Tuesday, February 7, 2017 at Kobacker House. Rondal, a US Army Veteran and an outdoorsman, was an avid deer and turkey hunter, and he was on most of these adventures with his very special friend, Kenny Wroten. Retired after 41 years with Cardinal Foods. He accepted Christ and was baptized at Hillcrest Baptist Church in 1964. Preceded in death by his parents, siblings and his daughter, Sherry Wallace. Survived by: Wife of 61 years: Emogene. Children: Rhonda (Michael) Bush, Julie (Angelo) Korogianos and Dawn Wallace. Grandchildren: Amy (Jason) Cardwell, Justin Drummond, Christopher (Cassie) Drummond, Caleb Korogianos and Miles Palmer. Step great grandchildren: Cherika and Noah Pennington. Special thanks to Richard Maxstead for his care and support during this difficult time and to Angelo Korogianos, a most special son in law, for his tender loving care for giving so much to help take care of Rondal. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, 5-7 PM where service will be held at 7:00 PM Saturday. Additional calling hours, Sunday, 1 - 2:30 PM at the Providence Missionary Baptist Church, 3677 Teens Run Rd., Crown City, OH, 45623 where service will be held 2:30 PM Sunday. Interment to follow at Providence Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family asks that donations be made to Kobacker House, 800 McConnell Dr., Columbus, OH.,43214. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends.
