Tammy Lee Collins, age 53, passed away on March 5, 2024 at Grant Medical Center. Preceded in death by, son, Travis Collins, father, Patrick Collins, sisters, Becky Williams and Kelly Booth. Survived by, children, Keith (Kira) Collins, Anthony (Korina) Collins - Rodriguez, Leshelle Collins and Lucky Collins, mother, Rose Collins, grandchildren, Mason, William and Emilee, brothers and sisters, Patrick, Danny, Lisa, Tina and Joe, numerous other family and friends.
