Jonathan "Jonn" Michael Castel, age 20, passed away on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. Graduate of Columbus Scioto High School and was attending Columbus State to further his education. He was a hard working, respectful and considerate young man. He enjoyed his job at Kroger and some of his interests included trains, cactus, cats and the art of melting metals. Preceded in death by great grandfather, PAPPY; great grandma, Elizabeth; great uncle, Joe and his beloved cat "Fuzz". He is survived by his mommie, Julie (Castel (Stephan); sister, Samantha Castel; grandmother, Linda Castel (David Case); uncle Mark (aunt Tonya); girlfriend, Rebecca and her family; special cousin, Fuzz (Cortney) Castel and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call Thursday, June 10 from 4-6 at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 West Broad St. where service will be held at 6pm, Pastor Mike Purdon officiating.
