Jeffrey Pearcy

Jeffrey Alden Pearcy, a life-long resident of Columbus, OH, passed peacefully in his bed on March 1, 2024.

Jeffrey was born in Columbus on January 16, 1955 to Elmer "Tug" Pearcy and Roseanne Wilce, the fifth of seven children. Preceded by EJ, Chris, Jim, Tom, and followed by Tim and Anne.

Ever a student of the music industry, Jeffrey's passions extended far beyond just listening to musical giants like Frank Sinatra, Chicago, James Taylor.  They led him to working in music studios all across the country as a recording engineer and music producer.

More than all of that, however, was his love for his only child, Jeffrey Michael Pearcy.  He taught his son the importance of integrity, hard work, and persistence in never ceasing the chase for unrealized dreams.

Jeffrey is survived by his son, Jeffrey, his brothers Tom and Tim, and his sister Anne.

There will be a gathering of friends and family at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd., Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 5-7 PM where service will follow at 7 PM.
