Christine Locklear

Christine Locklear, age 39, passed away, unexpectedly, December 10, 2024 at Doctor's Hospital West. She attended Franklin Heights High School. Christine loved God, thanking him every day for all the blessings in her life. She also loved arts, crafts, painting, coloring, gospel music, doing her hair, makeup and nails. Christine was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan and she also enjoyed watching basketball. Preceded in death by, mother, Carolyn Sue Kennedy, aunt, Georgia Howard, uncle, Gary Kennedy, paternal grandfather, Willie (Judy Stoufer) Locklear, maternal grandparents, Lawrence and Frances Kennedy, beloved dog, Precious. Survived by, children, Ranayah Mitchell and Isaiah Mitchell, husband, Mickey Mitchell Jr., father, Thomas (Janet) Locklear, sisters, Jeanie (Alex) Hall and Sara Haas, brother, Matthew (Bethany Miller) Locklear, mother in law, Rapunzel Mitchell, paternal grandmother, Luella Locklear, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.  Friends may call Saturday, December 14 from 12-2pm at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 West Broad St., where service will follow at 2pm. Pastor Randy Barr officiating.
