Cassandra I. Ortiz, age 18, passed away on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at Doctor's Hospital West. Preceded in death by, grandfather, Juan Gaona, uncles, Ray Ortiz and Rena Ortiz. Survived by, parents, Robert and Leticia Ortiz, brothers, Robert Ortiz Jr and Rena Ortiz, grandmothers, Maria Beatrice Gaona and Teresa Ortiz, numerous other family and friends.
