Ada McCoy

Ada Frances (Peake) McCoy, age 66, a woman who loved her family and friends very much, passed away on Wednesday, December 4, 2024 at Mount Carmel Grove City. She was a graduate of Franklin Heights High School. Ada was an avid Cleveland Browns fan and was always the sports gambler, setting up the squares and all of the pools for everyone to enjoy the games and the outcomes.  Preceded in death by, parents, Arnold and Frances Peake, brothers and sister, Gene, Jimmy, Homer, Charles, Pearl, Kenneth and Marilyn. Survived by, daughter, Elizabeth (Brian) Myers, grandchildren, Wyatt (Mariah) Gabbert, Madelyn Gabbert and Jenna Gabbert, great grandchildren, Riley, Elliott, Wyatt Jr. and Everleigh, sisters, Linda Scammicca and Eva Dunn, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. There will be a gathering of friends at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Monday, December 9, 2024 from 11 AM - 12 Noon where memorial service will follow at 12 Noon. Pastor Tim Lee officiating.
