Thomas Stakely

Thomas Gilbert Stakely, age 65, passed away on March 7 2025. Born in Columbus Ohio on June 6, 1959 to the late Ella Louise and Norman Stakely. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by, sister Pamela J. Rubio (Orris); brother, Michael S. Stakely; brother, Gary J. Stakely. Survived by nieces: Tonya Zimmerman (Orris), Sarah Turner (Stakely) and Allison Stakely; nephew, Robert Rubio; many great nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Tom was an avid lover of music with a well loved CD/album collection. One of his favorites was Elvis Costello. He was known to wear his leather jacket in any season. Tom loved sports. He was a huge Cincinnati Reds and Cleveland Browns fan. His loved ones will miss his fiery spirit and wild stories.

The family will hold a memorial on April 7, 2025 from 12pm-2pm at Jerry Spears funeral home; 2693 West Broad Street Columbus, Ohio 43204
