Thomas Phillips Obituary

Thomas Randall Phillips, age 44, passed away on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 at Mount Carmel Grove City Hospital. Preceded in death by, father, Thomas Phillips. Survived by, lifelong partner, Jennifer Hammond, children, Logan Zinn, Payton Zinn, Thomas Phillips and Kylee Phillips, grandchildren, Paisley and Levi, mother, Pam Phillips, sister, Christina Woods Benedict, brother, Nicholas Phillips, numerous other family and friends. Graveside service and interment, 11 AM Monday, May 4, 2026 at Concord Cemetery. Arrangements are being completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St.
