Sylvia "Sam" Louise Thacker, age 71, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at Riverside Hospital. Preceded in death by, parents, Charles Brockman and Jo Ann Wedebrook, great niece, Kayla Brockman. Survived by, children, Samie Norris and Kellie Norris, grandchildren, Dalton, Matthew, Jaden and Jake, great granddaughter, Natalia, brother, Chuck Brockman, sisters, Emma (Ralph) Hummel, Jody Evans, Rachel (Jim) Schwaigert and Chris (Mike) Talmadge, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Private family arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St.
