Shon T. Perry, age 44, passed away on Sunday, April 22,2018 at Mt Carmel West. Preceded in death by: Mother: Mary Perry. Survived by: Wife: Serena. Children: Durron, Deon (Jess), Danna, Jon (Heather), Tanecia, Jade and Harmony. 10 grandchildren. Father: John Gaines. Sister: Stephon. Special nephew: Daniel. Nieces and nephews: Saniyyah, Tayvion and Jamarion. A host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Special thanks to Dr. Wherum and his friends and family at Liberty Dialysis Center.
