Shirley Simpson

Shirley Ellen Simpson (Kazee) of Columbus, Ohio, passed away, peacefully, on August 18th, 2025. Shirley was born December 21st, 1943. She is preceded in death by her parents: Julia and Wilfred, husband: Jim, brothers: Lee and Richard, sister: Nancy. Survived by her children: Dave, Patti (Greg) and Mike, grandchildren: Jessica and Ryan, great grandchildren: Jinci, Ella and Lucian sisters: Judy and Mary and many nieces and nephews. Shirley worked at Kroger's for over 30 years. She loved to read, her cats and spending time with her family. Family and friends can join together at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 West Broad St., Thursday, August 21, 2025 from 4-7 PM where service will be held at 1 PM Friday, August 22, 2025. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
