Robbin L. Freeman, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at Doctor's Hospital West. She was a long time resident of the west side before moving to Glouster, OH. Preceded in death by, parents, Ralph and Wilda Baer, brother, Rick Baer, sisters, Vicki Finkell and Linda Moots. Survived by, brother, Robert (Jenny) Baer, significant other, Joey Rutter, numerous other family and friends. Private family arrangements are being completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W, Broad St.
