Rachel L. Downs, age 37, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Mount Carmel East Hospital. Survived by children: Evan, Aron and Andy; mother, Renee Wulliger; father, Mike Downs; sister, Amy Downs, grandmother, Dori Fallis; numerous aunts, uncles and many cousins. Arrangements completed at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St.
