Paul Joseph Kramer, age 82, passed away on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at his residence. Friends may visit with the family at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd., Friday, August 14, 2026 from 4-7 PM where service will be held 10 AM Saturday, August 15, 2026. Inurnment Saint Joseph Cemetery.
