Nancy Gene Edington, age 76, passed away, peacefully, on Sunday, April 13, 2025 at Johnstown Pointe Nursing Home. Nancy was a woman of kindness and faith, always ready to share a smile and a warm heart with those around her. She retired from ADP after 36 years of service and was a longtime member of the London Church of the Nazarene, where she worshiped faithfully until her health declined. Nancy was preceded in death by, beloved son, Michael Cossin, brothers, Lawrence McKee, Daniel McKee and Charles Hall. Survived by, her devoted husband and the love of her life, Fred Savage, who remained by her side and visited her every day for over a decade following her cardiac arrest. She also leaves behind her cherished granddaughter, Taylor Cossin (fiance' Ty Hamilton), who was her pride and joy, grandson, Austin Michael Cossin, son, Mark Cossin, sister, Cathy (Bob) Lynch. She will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, Jodi (Dustin) Duncan, Tia (Bruce) Steele and Stephanie Miller, nephews, Max Hall, Stephen Hall and David McKee, as well as many great nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her dear aunt, Carole Price, a writer. Nancy had a heart of gold and a deep love for others. She made friends wherever she went, forming lasting bonds with many lifelong friends as well as the staff, nurses, aides and fellow residents who cared for her in her final years. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd., Wednesday, April 23, 2025 from 11-1 PM where service will follow at 1 PM. Pastor Don Cockrel officiating.
