Mildred Ann "Millie" Dugger, age 77, a woman who basically raised everyone that she met, passed away on Monday, October 22, 2018 at McNaughten Pointe. She was a retired mechanic, even though she was very skilled in about a dozen other trades. A community activist, she was a volunteer and involved with the PTA at both the Gladden Community House and Dana Elementary School. Preceded in death by: Husband: Unie Dugger. Daughters: Sharon, Cheryl and Karen Dugger. Parents: Noah and Lola Elliott. Niece: Martha Epp. Nephew: Patrick Epp. Granddaughter: Nichole Hall. Brother in law: Willie Epp. Survived by: Son: Eliot Dugger. Sisters: Rachel Epp and Wanda (Jim) Warren. Stepson: Buddy (Kelly) Dugger. Grandchildren who she raised as her children: Cierra (Tyler) Woodall and Warren Dugger. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Thursday, 5-8 PM where service will be held 1:00 PM Friday. Rev. Melinda Kasser officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
