Mercedes Silie

After a long and courageous battle with kidney disease, we mourn the passing of our loving and caring Mercedes Silie. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend whose kindness and love touched everyone who knew her.

Mercedes leaves behind her three beloved children, Maria, Rayan, and Karime; her loving mother, Maria Daniel; her siblings, Cesar, Jose, and Suheidy; and her cherished grandchildren, Yairizleidy, Almarie, Rayan Jr., Mya, Mateo, Roman, and Scarlyn. She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends who will forever hold her memory in their hearts.

Mercedes will be remembered for her strength, compassion, and unwavering love for her family. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.

Friends may call at Iglesia Cristiana Vida Nueva, 2345 Demorest Rd., Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 12-3 PM where service will follow at 3 PM.
