Matthew Harold Sloan, age 28, passed away on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Grant Hospital. Born on November 19, 1990 in Columbus, Ohio. Preceded in death by: Grandparents Harold (Beth) Cline, Stephen (Carol) Sloan and Z.D. Lay. Survived by Mother, Jennifer (Robin) Eyer; Father, Stephen (Lois) Sloan; Brothers, Justin Sloan, Tre Eyer and Alex Eyer; Sisters, Stephane' (Mike) Miller and Josie Sloan; Step brothers, Ricky Jacobs, Ted Jacobs and Jimmy Jacobs; grandmother Linda Lay; great grandfather Louis Asher; Nieces Merriah and Maddison Miller; as well as many extended family and friends. Family and friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Monday, 4-7 PM where service will be held 10:00 AM Tuesday. Interment Alton Cemetery.
