Mary M Talbert

Mary M. Talbert, age 89, passed away at her Columbus residence on July 24, 2020. Our warrior has won her battle and sits with God. Mary was a devoted christian and loved the Lord most of all, an amazing mother who spent her early life working to care for her husband and raise 5 children. She worked various jobs throughout her life. She held friendships very close to her heart. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten. Preceded in death by husband, Granville Talbert; mother, Charlotte; father, Clyde Cunningham; children: Granville, Diane (Atwood) and Robert "Bob" Talbert. Survived by sister, Kate Byers; children: Kathleen (Gary) Barnhill, Robin (Tim) Laubensheimer and Richard Talbert; numerous grandchildren and an abundance of loving family and friends. Friends may call from 5-7pm on Tuesday, July 28 at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St.
