Mack E. Blankenship, age 46, passed away on December 6, 2018 at his residence. Survived by: Wife: April. Children: Leeann (Matt) Leffel, Tazsheena Blankenship, Rupert Blankenship, Jasper Blankenship, Mack Thomas and Angela Locke. Grandchildren: Isebelle, Thomas, Mia, Payton, Ariel and Little Mack. Mother: Joan. Father: Douglas. Brother: Jerry. Sister: Shellie. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday, 4-7 PM where service will be held 10:00 AM Thursday. Interment Eastlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
