Leilani Cassandra Sexton

Leilani Sexton, age 34, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on December 24, 2024. She was born on February 26, 1990, to Brian and Christina (Carder) Slone.

Leilani is survived by her two brothers, Obrien (Shannon) Carder and their son, Oiden, and Christopher Carder. She is also survived by her loving children: Brad Austin Sexton, Brian Aiden Lee Sexton, Bethann Kentlee Denise Sexton, and Timothy Ayren Vinsant Sexton. Leilani leaves behind many other loved family members and friends, including her dear friends Juan and Margarita Floresa, who were like parents to her. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Leilani had a big heart and was always ready to help anyone in need. She was passionate about volunteering at her children's school and cherished spending time with them, especially enjoying playing yard games together. Her children were her greatest joy, and they will always remember her as a beautiful, caring, forgiving, and loving mother who made sure to tell them every day how much she loved them.

Leilani’s selflessness, warmth, and devotion to her family will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will continue to live on in her children and all those whose lives she touched.

A memorial service to celebrate Leilani's life will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help support her children, a cause that was very dear to Leilani’s heart.

May Leilani rest in peace, and may her memory forever be a blessing to all who knew her.
