Keith Adkins

Keith Douglas Adkins, age 70, of Columbus passed away Friday, September 24, 2021. Born in Wayne, West Virginia he is preceded in death by his parents Ada and Elzie Adkins; brothers: Lee and Cedric Adkins; sisters: Vada Stephenson and Janice Parsons; grandson, Sweet Pea Bauman and great grandson, Aj Curry. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Sandra; daughters: Jennifer and Desiree Adkins; six grandchildren/children; Kayla and Brandon Bauman, Alisha (Jordan) Cameron, Jonathan and Jacqueline Pool, and Joshua Adkins; great grandkids: Addison, Marley and Jordan Cameron Jr. and Carson Curry; sisters: Jo Ellen Mills, Linda (Ken) Scheu, Earnestine Brown and Charlene Paulsen; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Keith entered into the Marine Corps in '69 and was honorably discharged in '73. Semper Fi. He loved to tell jokes and stories to anyone who would listen, no matter how many times he told them. He will be sadly missed. 

Friends may call Sunday, October 3 from 1-3pm at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 West Broad St, where service will follow at 3pm.
