Medlin IV, Born April 8th 1999, passed away early Saturday morning May 19th 2018 due to an random act of violence from a apparent gunshot wound to the back at or around the 100 block of South Warren Avenue, Columbus, Ohio. John is preceded in death by grandmother, Gloria Medlin; grandfather, John William Medlin Jr and grandmother, Catherine R Blevins; aunt, Melissa A. Hall. John is survived by; grandfather, Kevin L Blevins; father John William Medlin lll; mother, Amanda L Medlin and brothers: Randell C Medlin, Rodney J Medlin, George C Medlin, Colton L Medlin; sister, Alexiss R Medlin and also many aunts, uncles and cousins; and was in the beginning of a serious relationship with Brianna Nicole Brandon.
