John Duffy

John Duffy, age 90, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 at Hoover Haus Assisted Living. He was a retired iron worker with local #172. John was an avid golfer, and a huge fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes, The Cleveland Browns and The Cleveland Indians. Preceded in death by, parents, Walter and Veraviola Duffy, daughter in law, Jackie Duffy, brothers and sisters. Survived by wife, Phyllis Carol Duffy, children, Denise (Steve) Bailey, Mark Duffy and John Duffy Jr., grandchildren, Stephanie (Justin) McCallister, Tommy Stage and Savannah Duffy, great grandchildren, Candice, Owen and Charlotte, brother, Faye Duffy, numerous other family and friends. Private family arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St.
