Jerrilynn Lewis

Jerrilynn Lewis, age 65, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at her residence in Grove City, OH.  She was known for her devotion to The Lord and her family, often holding women's prayer meetings in her home. Jerrilynn was the founder and director of Honey Bee Ministries in Lansing, Michigan and also served as the head of women's hospitality ministry at The Vineyard Church in Lansing, Michigan. She loved to cook, never letting anyone go hungry. She had an almost childlike and magical joy towards life, especially enjoying Christmas, other holidays, celebrations and time with family and friends. Jerrilynn loved animals, especially her many cats over the years and Marley the Dog. She attended Westland High School. Preceded in death by, parents, Gerald Sr and Shelbie Smith, sister, Jean Ann Smith, nephew, Justin Dominguez, stepfather, John Bigelow. Survived by, husband, John Kevin Lewis, daughter, Bonnie (Adrian) Hemond, sisters, LaVonne (Eric) Bardell and Diana Kaderly, brother, Gerald Jr (Connie) Smith, close family friends, Armando Vazquez and William "Bill" Kaderly, numerous other family and friends. Inurnment Sunset Cemetery at a later date. Private family arrangements are being completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St.
