Jeffrey Allen Moore age 41 passed on Jan 10 2021. Preceded in death by father Charles Moore Jr, step father Vernon Ash, nephew Caleb. Survived by mother Cynthia Ash. Survived by son Jeffrey Jr (Diane), daughter Destiny Bird, son Jaden Moore, grandson Jeffrey 3. Brother Stan Ash(Renee), sisters Deanna Ash(Kevin), Jennifer & Amanda Moore. Nephews Kason, Kolton, Kevin Jr. Niece Kinsley. Aunts, uncles, cousins. Jeff had the kindest heart and soul and would do anything for anybody on his good days. He will be greatly missed and always loved. There will be a gathering of friends at Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St., Saturday, January 16, 2021 from 2-4 PM.
