Jeffrey Lynn Kelly, of Hilliard Ohio, passed away on June 12th, 2026. Born in Washington Courthouse, Ohio to parents Bobby and Joleen Kelley.
“Kelly” leaves a legacy of intelligence, passion for the arts, a love for sports, and a Rock & Roll spirit. He is known for a fist pump, whether it be to a Tiger Woods putt in his Sunday red, or to the song “Badlands” at a Bruce Springsteen concert.
He is survived by his wife, Belma; sons Brandon, Dylan (Heidi) and Angus (Oliva), grandchildren; Elvi, Judah, Wilder, Tallulah and Magnus. Brother Randy Kelley (Linda); Sister-in-law, Mary Staten and Brother in-law Bill Williams (Debbie) and numerous nieces and nephews.
He will be remembered for his inspiration and sharing of music with his friends and family. In his own inciting words after hearing a great Bob Dylan line, “write-it”.
At his request, there will be no services.
Arrangements are being completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME of HILLIARD, 5471 Frazell Rd.
