James Martin Obituary

James A. Martin age 84 passed away June 6, 2018. Jim was a graduate of West High School. He then attended The Ohio State University where he was a member of the 1957 National Championship Football team; Veteran US Navy Seabees; member of The Upper Arlington Lutheran Church. He was preceded in death by parents; Clarence and Ruth Martin; son, Steve Martin; wife, Cynthia (Wayre) Martin; step son, Paul Wayre. Jim was survived by brother, Don Martin; sister, Virginia Brady; son, Mark Pryor, step son Tony Wayre and several nephews and nieces. Friends may call at Jerry Spears Funeral Home 2693 W. Broad St. Thursday 2-4 and 6-8 P. where service will be held 10:30 A.M. Friday. Pastor Randall Wood officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
