Helen Sue (Baker) Waugh, age 80, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Doctors Hospital West. Born August 11, 1941 in White Sulphur Springs, WV, to the late Harry E. and Velma Legg Baker. Retired from Encova Insurance. Preceded in death by, brother, Tim Baker. Survived by, children, Gerald "Jay" and Tina Waugh, grandchildren, Shauntae and Elijah Waugh, brother, Arthur (Christina) Baker. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, May 21, 2022 from 1-3 PM where service will follow at 3 PM.
