Helen Elizabeth Roach Shook went home to be with the Lord 09/25/18. Helen was a native of Jackson County. She was born in Beaver, Ohio August 5, 1917 to Albert and Agnes Roach. She was a 1935 graduate of Oak Hill High School. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Theodore R. Shook, five brothers, four sisters and a great granddaughter, Bethany Elizabeth McShane. She is survived by daughters, Karen (Len) McIntyre of Bigelow, Arkansas and Shelby (Bill) Evans of Wilmington, Ohio; 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren. She was a member of Memorial Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio. Friends may call at Memorial Baptist Church, 2435 Eakin Road, Columbus, OH 43204, Monday, October 1, 2018 from 10-11 AM where funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM. Pastor Tom Wright officiating. Interment Sunset Cemetery. Arrangements completed at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St. The family suggests donations to Community Care Hospice, 1669 Rombach Ave., Wilmington, OH 45177
