Helen L. Holbert, age 89, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at Columbus Healthcare Center. Helen loved her family, cooking and baking. Preceded in death by, parents, Willis Sr and Flossie, brothers and sisters, Charles, Irene, Albert, Elsie, Bessie, Jessie, Danzel and Edna, children, Ronald, Marlene, Freda, Carl Jr "Buster", Larry and Jeffrey Sr. Survived by, daughter, Darlinda Holbert, grandchildren, Elenora (Justin) Dominquez, Keith Maye, YoneeQua Holbert, Jeffrey (Alma) Holbert Jr. and Sterling (Chiniqua) Burk II, 15 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, brother, Willis Goins Jr and numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Sunday, December 11, 2022 from 2-3 PM where service will follow at 3 PM. Private family graveside service, Monday at Green Lawn Cemetery. Rev Jesse Hendricks, officiating.
