Freddie Ray "Rufus" Griffey, age 74, a truck driver by trade but a cowboy at heart, passed away on Monday, March 4, 2019 at Mt Carmel West. Preceded in death by: First wife: Joan Griffey. Second wife: Sondra Griffey. Survived by: Daughter: Shelli (Jeremiah) Griffey-Marx. Stepchildren: James (Tina) Coleman, Beth (Raymond) Mullens, Jenny Curry, Connie Coleman, Patsy (Bobby) Bocook, Christopher (Mary) Helton and Michana Helton. Grandchildren: Daniel, Aleesa and Samuel. Girlfriend: Alice Fitzpatrick. Numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Saturday, 9-10 AM where service will follow at 10:00 AM. Interment Green Lawn Cemetery.
