Felicia Ann Fischer, age 59, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Mount Carmel Grove City. Preceded in death by, father, Paul Fischer, brother, Billy Fischer. Survived by, husband and love of her life, Gary Loring, children, Jennifer Fischer, Gary (Natasha) Fischer, Carrie (Robert) Nester, Joshua (Mary) Fischer and Diana (Nick) Loring, mother, Bonita Fischer, sister, Leslie (Michael) Penwell, brother, Joey Fischer, 13 grandchildren, other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St.. Wednesday, September 24, 2025 from 5-7 PM where service will follow at 7 PM.
