Donna G. Fahy, age 43, a loving mom, grandma, sister, aunt and friend, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2021 in Logan, OH. Preceded in death by, parents, Marion and Bertha Vanhoose, brother, Ronald Campbell, father of her son, Darren Parden. Survived by, children, Tyler (Samantha) Parden, Jamie Payne, Makayla Payne, Drew Fahy and Kenzie Fahy, grandson, Grayson, sister, Linda (Greg) Groves, brother, Ritchie Campbell, nieces and nephews, Naomi (Shane) Stamper, Nina Campbell, Jesse (Amie) Campbell and Jeremiah Campbell, father of her children, Andy Fahy, numerous other family and friends.
