Donald Roy Lindie, 53, of Columbus, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2025. Born on May 25, 1972, Donald lived a life centered around faith, love, and family.

A devoted father and proud grandfather, Donald’s greatest joy came from his children — Amber Lindie (Donald Gillespie), David Lindie (Sabrina Lindie), Tiffany Lindie (Daniel Scott), and Taylor — and his beloved grandchildren, Lucas, Lillyann, Daylen, Kelsie, Natalie, Delayna, Kyleigh, Noah, Jace, Skyler, Nadia, Daniel, Gabriel, Isaac aka Roy and Genesis- whom he cherished more than life itself. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need, touching countless lives with his kindness, generosity, and steady spirit.

Donald lived by the words he often shared: “Let go and let God.” His unwavering faith and love for his family guided him through life’s challenges and inspired all who knew him.

He also has many brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews who loved him.
