Don Heil

Don Joseph Heil, age 71, passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2025 at Carolyn's Cottage, Grove City, OH. Graduate of Columbus West High School and was currently attending Eastland Career Center in the HVAC department. He was a veteran of both the United States Army and the United States Marine Corp. Retired from Defense Finance Accounting Services (DFAS). Don was an active member of the Mid-Ohio Boogie Club. He will be missed.  Preceded in death by, parents, Jack and Carolyn Heil, brothers, Mike Heil and Ken Heil. Survived by, children, Gary (Sally) Heil, David Heil and Cherish (Jason) Elder, 16 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, brother, Jack (Gayle) Heil, sister in law, Margaret Heil, numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Graveside service and interment, 11:30 AM Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at Galloway Cemetery. Arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME. 2693 W. Broad St.
