Dennis Chilcote

Dennis Lee Chilcote, age 67, passed away on Thursday, March 5, 2026 at Riverside Hospital. Dennis grew up in Valleyview on the westside of Columbus and went on to graduate from West High School. He was employed with the Sutphen Corporation for over 45 years, painting and doing finish work on fire trucks. He loved race cars, motorcycles, fishing, good music and was an avid fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. Preceded in death by, parents, Robert "Bob" and Martha Chilcote. Survived by, daughters, LeAnn (Aaron) Cave and Laura (La) Chan, grandchildren, Isaac, Emmett, Parker and Lyla, brothers, Thomas (Brenda) Chilcote and Stan (Ginger) Chilcote, close friend and mother of his children, Colleen Chilcote, numerous other family and friends. Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 18th at 11am at Hoge Memorial Presbyterian Church, 2930 W. Broad Street Columbus OH 43204.
