Cynthia (Slavens) Ferrell

Cynthia Helen (Slavens) Ferrell, age 64, a woman who loved her family and was the best Mimi in the world, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2025 in Boca Raton, FL.  She was a devoted and faithful member of The Potter's House Church of God. Graduate of Father Wehrle High School and also attended Ohio University. Cynthia loved to go shopping, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She will be dearly missed. Preceded in death by, parents, Dick and Joyce Slavens, brother, Richie Slavens, sisters, Leisha Robbins and Ginger Ingland. Survived by, loving husband, Rocky, children, Christopher (Charity) Ruh, Lauren Steele and Joshua (Heather) Ferrell, grandchildren, Gavyn (Taynera), Donovyn, Haydn, Ace, Pierce, Keleb and Boaz, great grandchildren, Adriane, Christopher, Iyla and Iyovi, best friend, Rosalee Coogan, nephews, Michael, Thomas, Phillip, Jordan, Matthew, Sammy and Hayden, niece, Veronica, numerous other family and friends. Friends may call at The Potter's House Church of God, 3220 Lowell Dr., Monday, March 3, 2025 from 4-7 PM and Tuesday, March 4, 2025 from 10-11 AM where service will follow at 11 AM. Pastors Michael Oldfield and Timothy Oldfield officiating. Interment Fernwood Cemetery. Arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St.
