Our cherished son, Christian Cromer, unexpectedly passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 21. He is survived by those that loved him most including his father Robert Cromer, his mother Tiffany Hutchins, his stepfather Todd Hutchins, his brother Caleb and his sisters, Loghan, Kinley, Rees and Elizabeth. In addition, Christian was survived by his grandmother Ruann Cromer, his Pop-Pop Gary Wallace and his GJ and Papaw, Jan and Greg Henize. Others Christian left behind include his best friend Trenton Steele, his dearest cousin Paiton Walker, many aunts, uncles, cousins, and of course his beloved Frenchie, Louie. Christian was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Willis Cromer.
Family was very important to Christian and as the oldest child, he made each of his siblings feel special in their own way. He had an amazing work ethic and worked for over three years at First Community Village in Upper Arlington. His favorite part of the job was forming relationships and serving the senior residents. All things digital came easily to Christian. He was pursuing a degree in Computer Software Engineering at Columbus State Community College, where he also received a Certificate of Excellence in Computer Science. In high school, his family was beyond proud when Christian developed a game called Spider-Man vs. Green Goblin that was featured on the Glitch Blog that celebrates young entrepreneur makers, creators and coders who shine.
Those that knew Christian knew he was hard working, crazy smart, caring and had a quirky sense of humor. Christian planned to graduate from Columbus State Community College this spring and continue his education at The Ohio State University.
