Bernard Arthur Stoops Jr. "Spank"

Bernard "Spanky" Stoops Jr, age 48, tragically passed away September 27, 2019. He was a loving and caring man and would literally give anyone the shirt off his back if they needed it. He was the best husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, nephew, cousin and friend anyone could ask for. He went way too soon, but he's in heaven now. This was a terrible tragedy and we need help to put Spanky to rest.
