Alexa Yamilet Cruz Ramirez age 9, passed away Thursday June 19, 2025 at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Preceded in death by mother, Mauricia Ramirez Cruz; and grandmother, Socorro Cruz Reyes. Survived by father, Leon Cruz Reyes; brothers and sisters, Catherine, Jennifer, Christopher, Bella, and Angel Cruz Ramirez; aunts, Areli Ramirez Cruz, Brandy Hernandez Cruz, and  Marlen Ramirez Cruz; uncles, Javier Ramirez Cruz, Jose Luis Ramirez Cruz, and Juan Carlos Hernandez Cruz; niece, Kisara Rosas Ramirez and many other cousins and relatives.
