Mark E. Fitch Sr., age 64, passed away Thursday, August 9, 2018 at Mount Carmel Medical Center. Preceded in death by dad, Donald Fitch; mom, Nancy Fitch; brothers, Matt Fitch and Marty Fitch. Survived by children: Jessica (Michael) Knudsen and Mark Fitch; sister, Lydia (Allen) McCall; half-brother, Michael Fitch; half-sister, Dominica (Tom) Wharton; sister-in-law, Carla (Chuck) Bowen; grandchildren: Lucas Thompson and Mark Fitch; several nieces and nephews; long time companion Sandra Bernard. Mark worked for Norfolk Southern Railroad for over 30 years. In his younger years he enjoyed softball, bowling and golf. Mark also spent time as a little league baseball coach when his son was playing. Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 18 at 3pm at the Harvest Chapel Christian Union Church, 530 West Jefferson-Kiousville Road SE, West Jefferson, Ohio 43162. Arrangements completed by Jerry Spears Funeral Home with Crematory, 2693 West Broad St, Columbus.
