Loretta Eileen Fitzpatrick, age 73, passed away on Thursday, September 12, 2019 at her residence. Preceded in death by, husband, Clarence Fitzpatrick, mother, Eileen Rookstool. Survived by, children, David (Annette) Jones and Ange Teems, grandchildren, Jonathan Jones, Joshua Muncy, Kayla Muncy, Gabrielle Bean, Dalton Teems and Jacob Teems, great grandchildren, Jonathan Jones and Scarlet Neal. Numerous other family and friends. Arrangements were completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St.
