Jermon D. Brown, age 27, passed away on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at University Hospital, Columbus, OH. Survived by: Parents: Rudell and James Worthy. Sisters: Allanna Brown, Shalaya Brown, Jayda Worthy and Alexis Worthy. Nieces: Talaya, Talia and Zion. Nephew: Jadus; grandmother, Lee Worthy. Please join us Saturday, November 3 2018 for the celebration of life for Jermon, starting with the wake from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.; service and prayer 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.; food and fellowship 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at Park Congregational Church 1456 Harvard Blvd, Toledo, Ohio 43614.
