Frank E. Caplinger, age 38, a very funny guy who loved his family, passed away on September 20, 2018. He was the owner of Excellent Arborists Tree Service. He attended Franklin Heights High School. Frank loved hunting and being in the outdoors. Preceded in death by: Father: Frank V. Caplinger. Sister: Patricia Ross. Survived by: Daughter: Sarah Davis. Mother: Grace Caplinger. Sisters: Pamela, Janice, Tabitha, Lindsey and Melinda. Brothers: Hassell, Charlie, Rick and Billy. Numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. Friends may call at JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME, 2693 W. Broad St., Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 Noon where service will follow at 12:00 Noon. Interment Sunset Cemetery.
