Erick Anthony Chapman, age 48, passed away on Wednesday, November 20, 2019 at Doctor's Hospital West, after an extended battle with lung cancer. Survived by, wife, Shelley Chapman, children, Michael Rush, Jeffrey Metzger and Megan Chapman ward, grandchildren, Katelyn, Aria and Nicholas, mother, Carolyn Blackburn, sister, Ann Chapman, numerous other family and friends. Arrangements have been completed with JERRY SPEARS FUNERAL HOME with CREMATORY, 2693 W. Broad St. The family is asking that donations be made to assist with funeral expenses.
